Yes, there’s many things you can do to improve the service. I have been a Uhaul customer for over 25 years. And to my surprise this last time when I rented a trailer, I was contacted by the company I rented it from to tell me that the trailer I had rented was reported stolen because I had not returned!!! Apparently Uhaul has changed their policy and you only rent a vehicle for 12 hours not 24 anymore. As a customer that is really unacceptable customer service not to be upfront and inform the customer. Looks like I may need to be looking for another rental company in the future. GIRISHKUMAR AMrs. Valerie was extremely helpful and nice. I personally just wish uhaul would make their prices more affordable. Adding mileage and other costs to A uhaul rental is not necessary. You could make A UhAul more affordable it’d be easier for most people to rent one. The Jesup location I went too was the best I’ve seen in A while. We’ll definitely go back. Mrs. Valerie was extremely knowledgeable.
