Customer service was horrible. It was very deceiving on how long I could keep the truck on the return time and date. I was told that I could bring it back on a specific day and I wouldn’t be charged and I was charged terrible location. Terrible customer service.

GRAYLIN SRepresentative incorrectly recorded odometer reading and never did a walk around the truck just handed keys and said it’s the one down there. At drop off time less than 9 hours later it looked like we drove 1283 miles when we drove 83 so I was changed over $1,000 for miles. We texted the drove off location when we were dropping off and they said they would check before closing the contract but still closed it incorrectly and changed me. I need this resolved ASAP

JEAN IThis lady is a lier and very disrespectful. She took my deposit. She told me and my husband that, when we drop the truck off to leave the key in the drop off box. So we did so, she said that we drop the truck off after hours. Which was a lie I have proof of the last time she called me asking me and my husband where are we with the truck. Which I told her we are down the street which was no more than 3 mins. And then she tried to lie and said we went over the mileage which was another lie. And she said I don’t have your paperwork in front of me. So if you don’t have my paperwork in front of you how can you say we went over the mileage. And than she say o no you was not but you was late. Like come on lady you keep changing your story and keep making more lie. I will never go back there or recommend a family a friend a neighbor, a stranger nobody to go there because she is a crook.

SHERLEY WI rented the truck to be delivered in Broward Blvd, few minutes before the reservation time I received a message saying that I should go to 180 N University Dr. That store opened 30 minutes after mi reservation time. Everything was slow. the lady asked me for the same information I entered when I made the reservation. She had doubts about delivering the truck to me or someone else, When I returned the truck, the store was closed, so I had to wait some time until the lady reopens it. the check-out was slow confusing, made feel guilty because I returned the truck before the estimated time. Ridiculous!!!! Very bad experience in general. I used U-Haul many times in the past this is by far the worst experience renting a truck

Oswaldo MExplain ALL the charges that one will incure at the point of rental. The CWT or whatever $40 charge was not shown! Was told that $19.95 was for the DAY , not for hours, then was hit with a two day charge 2x $19.95 when unit was not returned by 6.30 pm. Not good!
Gladstone HIf you sign in early on the U-Haul site and you provide pictures of the front and rear of your driver's license...you should not have to do it again when you pick up the rental! I had to repeat the process when picking up the rental, because I do not keep pics of my license on my phone which can be seen by those up to no good! That delayed me quite a bit in the pick up process!
Johnny HWe have no interaction with people at the drop-off location, all was done by phone and the tow dolly was just dropped there.
