The owner of the location was great, But u was disappointed in the 2 axle enclosed trailer itself. How can U-Haul rent a trailer that doesn’t have a jack to lift the front of the trailer up to get it on the hitch?? I had to lift the entire front of the trailer up and put it on the hitch. Crazy. And no ramp on the back of the trailer? That would have helped. But no jack??? Who thought that’s acceptable?
