I had a great experience renting a truck from the U-Haul location on Pines Boulevard and University. The location is especially convenient, as it’s directly across the street from Lowe’s Hardware. I had purchased two vanities from Lowe’s and needed to pick them up and deliver them to my rental property in Hollywood. The entire process was smooth and fast. The pickup procedure was simple and efficient, and I really appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness of the owner/operator. She made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Returning the truck was equally simple, I just dropped the key in the lockbox and picked up my car. Thank you very much for the excellent service and for making the whole rental process so convenient.

mark kI returned the truck with more fuel in it than I received it and I was charged for fuel that is stealing from the customer. I will never go back there again and I will let people know what a ripoff they are. I will definitely go to other companies. Your not the only truck rental around.
