Mobile pick up was horrible. Online system would not work. Customer service finally completed the transaction from their end, after 45 min+ wait on hold. All in all pick up took over an hour and a half. No fault to the location, but your system needs work…

Jenna at Pack Rat Self Storage was professional and great to work with as she helped troubleshoot my frustrating experience with UHAUL. Reserving the vehicle one month in advance in person at the Goshen UHAUL location (10 minutes from my starting location)), I was guaranteed pick-up from the Goshen UHAUL location. The day before pick-up, I was notified I'd have to drive 40 minutes (and then a 40-minute return drive home) to the Syracuse location. I tried calling the UHAUL customer-service line during normal business hours three times for clarification and waited approximately 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and 95 minutes to speak with a service representative; I never spoke with anyone and there was no option to leave a message. Frustrating. After explaining the situation to Jenna at pick-up, she was apologetic (even though she wasn't at fault), professional, and tried to make some calls on my behalf. I would definitely recommend Pack Rat Storage but would be hesitant to use UHAUL again.
tom bAll though I didn't see or speak to anyone dropping it around 7pm on a Sunday. Great sign's telled you what to do and where to park. Drop and go. Very clean and convenient.

Samantha FTruck kept dragging into gear, wasn’t particularly clean and the general hassel associated with renting from uhaul will make me strongly rethink ever doing so sgain. It was also quite expensive for a couple hours of need.

JOHN BHad a issue with gas they would not refund the 50.00 left in gas first they said they would then said nope and I was not given any info and they stole my money and so unprofessional and rude saying it was in the contract it was emailed to you but no one informed me so they think you can read minds I guess. I USED Uhaul to get my daughter out of a domestic violence situation so to bad they got money and don't care. I'm on disability and they stoled 50 bucks disgusting U Haul should be ashamed and should make this right or do you allow the people you deal with to cheat people out of money. I will make sure everyone knows and please do not deal with this place they take advantage of people

LINDA VThe cab smelt like cigarette smoke and had ash on the driver side door. I had to check in/check out through app which took very long since there was no service at the location. I was automatically enrolled in the online check-in due to open hours, which I wish I knew when the open hours were beforehand so I would be able to work around that to talk to a human being.
