The truck that we rented was already dirty and on empty. But we had to return it with a quarter of a tank to save money. And I hope they don't charge us for a cleaning charge because it was already dirty when we received it we cleaned it up a little.

Billy JWhen making the his reservation, we didn’t receive the discount we normally do. We are a local nonprofit and we were delivering donations to Austin. I explained this to several reps. The lady rep gave us a small discount and told me a supervisor would be calling me back. I never received an additional call. The truck drove so bad, I had to let my husband and his friend take over. Once it reached 65 mph, the engine get loud and the truck would pull to the right. It guzzled gas like crazy because it needed a tuneup.

All you’re doing is taking up valuable space that is paid for by hanging furniture pads and a dolly in the truck. It’s really fuckin lame. Uhaul makes enough money as is so quit trying to get people to impulse buy more shit
Chelsei VDrop off location was very rude I paid a $100 deposit because of the prepaid card they only gave me $56 and kept $44 of my money claiming we were late to turn it in and that it was a certain time to turn it in when we turned the truck in a day early . They never checked the truck before we left they just said we were good to go we put more then enough gas we actually put to much gas . This U-Haul place in Houston is very unprofessional and when we tried to get our money back from them this man says “ ok big dog we don’t want your money.” Very unprofessional.

NELSON Warrived at the location at 12:20 PM today. The lights were on and the door was locked. We knocked on the door and no one was there. After about 10 minutes, we called the customer service. While we were on the phone with customer service an employee showed up. The employee was rude and not helpful and appeared to be irritated that we were there. The location was difficult to access. We will not be returning future rentals to that location. The location in the area did not appear to be safe.
