NELSON Warrived at the location at 12:20 PM today. The lights were on and the door was locked. We knocked on the door and no one was there. After about 10 minutes, we called the customer service. While we were on the phone with customer service an employee showed up. The employee was rude and not helpful and appeared to be irritated that we were there. The location was difficult to access. We will not be returning future rentals to that location. The location in the area did not appear to be safe.

James AUpon picking up the rental, the driver front tire was flat. After being on the call for a few minutes the attendee offered another U-Haul to rent. I was appreciative of that because roadside was going to take about an hour to come and I was already behind schedule for my movers. Unfortunately, when my movers started to load the truck we realized that their were big holes and rips in the roof where you could see sunlight coming through. Luckily, it was not raining so my items were not damaged. If time had permitted, I would have returned the truck for a replacement however it did not. I am very unsatisfied with U-Haul and more than likely not use again.

Paul KManager is fraudulent and does not have humility to own his “mistake”. U-Haul overall has always been great. It’s the locations in which rent them out that make or break the experience. Check your receipts, if the app or website for pickup and drop off are unresponsive, call a U-Haul representative for record.

THOMAS CI was charged for a dolly that was not in the truck I never got to use it. My reservation was at 5 I wasn’t able to get into the truck until almost 7 pm this reservation was a nightmare

Brett PI reserved a trailer at a U-Haul dealer close to my house. U-haul changed my pickup location twice and I ended up getting the trailer at a location on the other side of town. When I inquired about returning the trailer to the original reservation location, I was told it would cost me an additional $50. When it is U-Haul who is moving the pickup location, I should be allowed to return the trailer to the original location without being charged extra.
Sam CLocation was nice and put in work to help us when the online system was down. However, the location provided us with a car towing trailer that had faulty brakes.

Joseph SI did not enter the building to see about cleanliness; however, the parking lot could use some work. The parking lot is full of pot holes. The parking entrance on the main road was blocked by trucks, so you had to look for the side-street entrance, or else you'd think it was closed.
