The manager was helpful, backed out the truck. Walked me through everything, and helped me with an extra 25 miles because the location the online system mapped to was off.

KIMBERLEY LTruck broke down, had to be towed, was left in my front yard and now I’m being charged more than was estimated. I shouldn’t be paying anything. Ridiculously poor management
Travis FVery difficult location to get in and out of, particularly with a trailer. The trailer itself was VERY poorly maintained, the frame was bent and had multiple cracks and one of the worst attempts at a repair I have ever seen. Upon returning, the associate made me hook the trailer back up when disconnecting it in the return area and drive around to the back and wanted me to back it into a ridiculous location between a POV and a fence. I will not ever use this location again and would not ever recommend it to anyone.
