joseph lAlthough the initial pickup was great and the worker was friendly, drop-off was a hassle because no one was there. Additionally, I was 8 minutes late and was charged an entire additional day. To me, that is ridiculous. At this point, I'm considering other options for all our future rentals due to this.
Martin PIt appears UHaul was having system-wide IT and app issues on the day of my rental. This location was fine, and the person on site was very patient and friendly. The app was not working for me. He was trying to get me checked out using the app and his desktop PC. It took way too long because pictures would not upload and the application response time was beyond horrible. The man was very good, but your IT systems/infrastructure were not.
