Manager is fraudulent and does not have humility to own his “mistake”. U-Haul overall has always been great. It’s the locations in which rent them out that make or break the experience. Check your receipts, if the app or website for pickup and drop off are unresponsive, call a U-Haul representative for record.

THOMAS CI was charged for a dolly that was not in the truck I never got to use it. My reservation was at 5 I wasn’t able to get into the truck until almost 7 pm this reservation was a nightmare
