I was charged for a dolly that was not in the truck I never got to use it. My reservation was at 5 I wasn’t able to get into the truck until almost 7 pm this reservation was a nightmare

I've never been treated as poorly as this experience.
Brett PI reserved a trailer at a U-Haul dealer close to my house. U-haul changed my pickup location twice and I ended up getting the trailer at a location on the other side of town. When I inquired about returning the trailer to the original reservation location, I was told it would cost me an additional $50. When it is U-Haul who is moving the pickup location, I should be allowed to return the trailer to the original location without being charged extra.
Sam CLocation was nice and put in work to help us when the online system was down. However, the location provided us with a car towing trailer that had faulty brakes.
James LThe van was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Due to a medical emergency, we were unable to return by the scheduled time and the manager was very helpful and kind.
