The App would not work when I tried to check in. The person at the desk couldn't help me because I needed to use the App. She told me that it showed that I picked it up and to just take photos of the truck just in case..... Tried to chat as the gas cap was seemingly stuck as I was trying to refill the gas. The person on the line asked me to turn it to the left - Really??? I told her it was stuck. Then she told me to find someone else to help me. Really???? What I found is that you simply have to force the cap past where it was stuck by any means possible and then it would come off. Poor maintenance if the cap has to be forced to open. The app worked fine on drop off. While everything worked, there was no lock on the cargo door so that I could lock the truck at night. When driving and would hit a bump in the road or pothole (these are very common in Colorado Springs), it sounded like parts were falling out of the truck - seriously like screws and bolts were coming out of the dash and rolling down the front panels and out of the truck. Will more likely rent from home depot with penske trucks in the future.

Martha JNoelle was extremely rude when I explained my situation i didnt want to be charged the $20 fee as I was not there when the truck was dropped off so we couldn’t scan in with the bar code because I didnt have reception to receive the code she said you didnt have reception on the parking lot, again I said I was not there at drop off. She said the uhaul person would be in later but refused to provide her name. This is the worst customer service I have experienced with any uhaul. I will never recommend this location to anyone..

CHRISTOPHER KThe associate at the rental location had no knowledge on how to explain charges. I was charged almost $100 more than the initial quote , and then double charged without explanation. The equipment failed on me, resulting in me, unable to utilize the last day of rental that I was charged for. Better training for all dealers who rent your equipment for you. My experience could’ve been better with the proper traininig.

APRIL WThey didn’t make sure the trailer had trailer lights that worked. The process took 4 hours instead of maybe an hour that it should’ve taken originally.
