Make sure the inside of the windshield is clean. This usually doesn’t show up till the sun is shining on the windshield. Thanks

Tony POverall it was good. However I reserved a hand dolly but in the truck was a utility dolly and I was not told about it in advance. That's not the dolly I wanted.

SCOTT SAfter hours pick up was horrible. We were there after dark. The app gave us the number for our truck -but where were the numbers? The key was to be found in compartment 4. Where were the compartments? We reached a chat line and Heather told us we would find the compartments “to the right of the front door”. What door?? The truck was next to a strip mall. Turns out it was the farthest store at the other end. No “Page Enterprise” sign was visible. The truck comes 1/2 full with gas. Good luck leaving it that way. We ended up 3/4 full. No refunds. Even the instructions for photos to pick up and drop off were confusing. “Take a picture of the passenger equipment”. What does that even mean? Very bad experience. And expensive too.

If someone returns a truck with no gas, it should be your responsibility to fill it to the designated level, not the next customer.

Martha J3 hours in the heat with elderly father because they hadn't set things up right then the key box was open so anyone coulda stolen my truck and I would've gotten blamed. Truck was dirty inside and out and no dolly. When returned they charged me for a "stolen" dolly they know was never there and then they charges me for the rental and gas a second time. Called location and owner said they don't need this gig and they will charged whatever they see fit. Then they charged me randomly for $358 3 days after returning it and when I called to be refunded they laughed and hung up on me. Pathetic locations, with lazy , predatory and illegal operations. Charges have been filed after hearing from everyone I know in the area that the person who owns it is crazy and scams people 24/7.

douglas dEvidently there was an error on my rental. I thought I was renting the trailer in Mena for a one way trip and that I would be dropping it off in Conway. After using the trailer to move my daughter home from college, I took the trailer to a location in west Conway to drop it off. I was told by an automated teller device that I would have to go to a different U-haul dealer location. So I went to Heltons in Conway. When I went inside, the guy said that it showed that it needed to be returned to Mena, but he would take care of it. A month later, the Mena dealer called looking for the trailer. After telling her what had taken place, she said she would look into the situation. Then 2 weeks later, I get another call looking for the trailer. I again explained the situation and was told it was still not resolved. The next day I get a confirmation saying I was getting a partial refund of the rental. So I’m guessing it has been found and the matter resolved.

Larua WI rented two 20 ft trucks and a car dolly. Had to go to three different location to get the equipment. One of the 20 ft trucks had a flat tire with a nail in it when I arrived to get it. And the solution from the person renting the truck was to just fill the tire with air. Go straight from there which was in Boulder to Denver to get car dolly. Had to refill the tire. The car dolly they was planning to give me had no lights so they gave me a different one. Called me two hours later wanted me to bring it back to Denver because it was missing a pen in the emergency brake system and should have never been rented. Since I am a U Haul employee that happens to work at the Fleet Maintenance center I agreed to take it in to there to have the pin put in. Picked up the second truck the next day in Aurora. Both trucks rented for five days. Both going to same place one way to Arkansas but both trucks for some reason was not able to be dropped off at the same location in Arkansas. One rental came to a total of $1851.65 and same truck same amount of days same mileage came to a total of $2235.99. And can’t seem to get any explanation of what or why the difference. It clearly was not the car dolly since that was reserved with the truck that was cheaper and since it had to be picked at a different location was charged for separately at a total of $356.00. Before we left with a truck with a nail in the tire out of state we did have a service truck come out and change the tire since I’m less then two hours we had to put air in it three times. And that was the only part of renting this equipment that went easy and smooth. Not to mention the reservations was made for this stuff three weeks prior to getting them. And was told days after making the reservation that we would be called the day before picking up the equipment if they was going to even have the stuff and where to pick it all up at. So what is the purpose of making a reservation if you don’t even know until the day before if you will even have the trucks. So no I would not recommend U Haul to anyone and that says a lot since I work for U Haul.

Joe MI ordered and paid for moving blankets and a furniture dolly. Neither of which were in the truck. Not only did it make loading the truck SIGNIFICANTLY harder, I have several pieces of antique furniture with scrapes and scratches now. I am furious about this situation.

Nicholas oI had just barely parked the truck and a staff member was already there to greet me as I was exiting the vehicle - EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE! I didn’t even have to go into the lobby or anything. Check-in for drop off was less than 2 minutes, I am not kidding at all. This experience was one of the greatest. Thanks so much U-Haul!!!
Wendell CWebsite is horrible. Would not recognize my location even though my locations are turned on. Luckily we arrived before closing and employee helped complete the application.Otherwise ok. Husband drove truck but didn’t care for it.

Randy MI left the truck with more gas than I received it at this location. Someone at this site recorded it with less gas and charged me $48.00 to add gas. I have picture evidence of the fuel gage and the receipts.
