Uhaul needs to track what equipment is at each place better . I was told on the phone that they had the dolly I needed to get there and they did not have it and I had to settle for a different type

I talk Lisa 1800 numbers. She said I would not need pay . For 5 hours today. Because we got caught in storms last night I couldn’t load my stuff . There no lights because of bad . She said last night she send you a fax letter over . The truck needs oil in it
Barney bCalled me the day before rental to let us know they did not have our reserved size truck and would have to take a smaller truck. Because of this, we had to leave some of our things.

Andrameda FInsurance was automatically added to my reservation, despite me declining the insurance when booking the trailer. This was corrected immediately, just required completing additional paperwork and a small delay in pickup.
