I'm going back to Florida one more time and likely gonna rent another trailer to come back on my last trip. I'll certainly be dealing with your company again!
Richard HThe back of the truck had debris in it that had to be swept out. The inside of the truck cab was also dirty. Also, the truck's gas tank was empty when I checked it out. The instrument panel read "15 miles to Empty".I ordered moving blankets and paid for them but there were none in the truck. I had to wait until I turned the truck in to receive a credit for the missing blankets.
Dianne SHonestly this has been super confusing and hard to deal with the key wasn't in the lock box the night I rented the equipment then I bring it back with more gas then I picked it up with and still get charged for fuel let's not add that I brought it back a day early and also since I had to wait till the next day to even pick it up I had to change my whole move plans which ended up costing me a lot of money
