I have no complaints about the location or the people at work there. But The vehicle itself had serious problems though. At one point the passenger side brakes stuck and nearly drug me off the road and then once I got it unloaded and was going to take it back. It wouldn't start. It took about 5 minutes before it finally fired off.

Richard GWas told I could drop the trailer off in Grass Valley where I lived. Had to drive 1 1/2 hours to drop off in Lincoln. Will never use u haul again. And then to top it off, charged me an extra day.
