The lady (Christy) was in a hurry and had us drop off at the wrong location. She put in our information wrong. We were overcharged both at the rental and at drop off. It was definitely a hassle trying to move. I would not recommend at all.

derrick bOnline said 2 days with 222 miles and said nothing about a deposit. The rude unprofessional guy then says it was only 200 miles included then he added a 100 deposit. Luckily I had the money but this was inconvenient and I want an adjustment for mileage.
Denise HMy return location was closed on Sunday... I returned my truck Sunday but I did not know I could check the truck back in online so I was charged for the day the truck at at the return location.
MICHAEL PThey tried overcharging me more than $400. When I asked why they could not or would not tell me. They made me call customer service. Took an hour and a half to resolve!! And ended up only owing $5…not over $400!!! The employee was not helpful at all! Only said it’s uhaul not him. Wouldn’t try figuring out what the charges were for or anything. The lot is very very small!! It’s in a small strip mall and they can only use a certain row. That row was full. So I parked as close as I could with a 26 foot truck towing the large enclosed trailer. The employee refused to move the truck and told me I had to move it and directed me to park it in a place that I did not feel comfortable trying to get it in!! Then insisted we unhook the trailer ourselves. This was all before trying to overcharge me!!
Sherri MDON’T RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! Recently I had used this location for my truck and I was told multiple different things about my truck such as Gas was full ( it wasn’t) owner of location didn’t fill out a damage walk around form and take me out to see the truck before I agreed to rent it, was hold that I had chose the insurance policy ( which I declined online and in person ) I told him multiple times that I didn’t need it. Owner told me that in the State of Georgia it is required to have it. Was told my cars would be placed on a hold until I return the truck and once returned I could change my card that was on the account and use a different card. That wasn’t the case, I card was charged a day early from when the should have been returned. And the insurance fee was $80 dollars instead of the online price that I saw even though again I declined it many times. I tried calling them to dispute these charges and fees and to call about my complaints to his location etc etc. still no answer via phone call or email. I will not recommend this location for UHaul truck rental or any other service this location provides. Very unprofessional customer service.

Joyce DI returned trailer on holiday.I called number and left message.I clearly stated I returned trailer at 11:54am.I received confirmation of return via email receipt stating it was returned at 12:12 pm.That is 12 minutes after required drop off time.I would like to know why I am being scammed as a disabled senior?I will be filling a complaint with the company and with the state!
Joseph SI couldn't get mobile check in to work at all I had to call customer service both times they were great but just wanted to do on phone an be done but it wouldn't.
HEATHER SThis location has no dollies or extras yet they sell the additional items on the website so you think all is ready. Then you are casually told it is uhauls fault and they are not supposed to have those available for their location. When asked where to go to get a dolly, they stated they didn't know what I would need to do. Wasting my pre-planned rental time to go spend more money and fuel getting a dolly that was supposed to be guaranteed. Lawyer is the next step. Last time using uhaul.

John SI rented a truck and car hauler trailer. I made the reservation online and checked in online. When I arrived, I was informed that the truck did not have a trailer hitch and that I would have to purchase one if I wanted to use the truck I had reserved online. I was told that they did not want to use the truck for towing even though it was an option on the website. The person at the store did not come outside or assist in any way with connecting the trailer to the truck. Not only did this process delay me more than an hour, but I also had to spend $50 on a hitch I cannot use again.
Samuel RI had a request for a van for the day before. The location never prepared the van for the 24/7 service. I had to call the corporate number to get it rescheduled during open hours. That messed up my whole moving process.
Alexis SI was charged an additional $134 after returning the trailer that I originally rented for $72 for no apparent reason. The rental place could not give me any information on the issue and I have yet to get my money back
solomon mI took pictures because of the website would not let me complete the return. It was late in Elberton and no gas stations were open to put the gas back on half a tank. I took I own picture for my protection and was charged $46 and something and that was not right. I have the photos and need a refund because there is no way it was $46 worth used.

JAMES PYall charged us way too much. We are senior citizens living on a fixed income.. we filled the truck up and sweep it out. I was told to just take it to Uhaul in HARTWELL, GEORGIA ANND WE DI SO I FEEL WE WERE WAY OVER CHARGED.
Linda MLet customers know up front about extra charges. I feel I was overcharged. I was told most of my payment was a down payment and it wasn’t. Rate went from 59.00 to 184.00 I’m very disappointed.

Billy STheir internet service sucks so it took a while to get the truck checked out. But they have Windstream for internet and that company isn't worth the space they take up.

Terri EOvercharged at pickup, I reserved without safe move, when she asked if we wanted Safe move I said no. We were still charged for it. I had a 24 hour rental and it ended up showing 22 hours. Left with truck at 12 and returned it next day clean at 12, was charged for 2 days and they took the money then said they would have to return it. The man didn’t want to discuss why the charges were almost $90 more than they should have been when I was asking why I owed more money when they actually owed me money from initial pickup charges. He really didn’t seem to care that it would leave us without $90 for a few days for NO REASON. I’ve rented MANY UHauls and NEVER had any problems before at other locations. I’ll never go back here.
MORGAN HFuel light was on when we picked up the truck. We informed the clerk that it was not on 1/4 tank as he said it was. He verified it wasn’t then upon return the same clerk tried to charge me for the fuel. The truck did not run and drive well neither. The driver door leaked during rain and the A/C did not work well.

LAWRENCE MI was very disappointed in how you treated my situation. Within an hour of picking up the 5x8 trailer, I realized that I was going to need a bigger trailer. So I called customer service to get a 6 x 12 trailer instead. I was charged for the time that I had the 5 x 8 along with the upgrade. Because I was renting a larger trailer and keeping my business with the company, I didn’t feel like I should be Charged because I made a mistake. I have Used U-Haul for many moves But was very disappointed in the fact that you didn’t have more empathy for my situation and just have me return The smaller trailer back to the original location at no charge to me since I was actually upgrading and going to another company for my needs.

Caitlyn ADrop off location and check in went very smooth. Gave them all the information they needed, pads checked in, trailer unhooked and truck parked. They gave me a receipt. I showed them pictures of the trucks condition when I picked it up, the problem with the tires, the bad strap on the car trailer. And showed the condition of the inside of the cab and cargo area that I had cleaned properly. They noted everything I told them and said they were sorry we had some many problems with this rental truck. I would recommend this drop off location.

Scott FHave someone knowledgeable run the company even if it is just a dealer/partner. I had a not so pleasant experience with my last rental. The person who was putting the information had no clue how what she was doing, customer name is incorrect address is incorrect even the zip code is in correct that’s just basic common sense, 30529 is NOT a zip code in California. Used the truck for 66.1 miles even took a picture before using the truck and as soon as it was returned in the parking lot, but I was still billed for 93 miles, also considering the lady was Not friendly (I am not sure if this was a race thing or that was just her personality). This doesn’t reflect good for Uhaul Company itself if you’re partner/dealer is not competent even with just a basic data entry job.
Dennis JThe inside of the cab was not as clean as I would have expected. It had a lot of crumbs on the dash and just really needed to be vacuumed. Other than that it was a good experience.

TIMOTHY SThe dolly was missing a pig tail for the lights, the agent assisting us provided a new one. During use the S hook for the chain broke thus forcing us to not use the chain on one side.
Brian DThe gentleman that I rented the vehicle from was absolutely awful. He complained the whole time about doing my order and didn't even know how to use the computer to set up the rental. At one point, I almost asked him if he wanted me to set the rental up on the computer for him as I could have done it quicker and more efficiently than him. It took 45 minutes to book the rental and there was absolutely no one in the store. He got my order completely wrong. I asked him if I could get a one way to Mooresville and he said sure. "Set it up" so I thought and even charged me for the miles I would be driving it like a one-way would. Then I leave and realize after I was an hour out that he set the drop off location to be in Commerce Georgia, not Mooresville. I spoke to customer service on the way to Mooreville NC and they informed me that all I could do was dispute the charge once I see it. So I am in the middle of disputing the extra charge I got from the Mooresville location I dropped it off at. Absolutely abysmal display of customer service. Very disappointed in the whole interaction and will probably not use Uhaul again.
RICHARD GWas in a good location with easy access. Thought about renting a truck but they didn’t have one so I found another truck to use instead. But everything worked out great!

RUTH LWhen dropping off the truck in Georgia the man was 75 years old and couldn't even lift trailer off luckily my son was there or it would have been a problem its not my sons job to do that yall need to hire younger people for the heavy stuff in my opinion!

VESEY WThe gentleman working at pickup location had no training on uhauls system. It was obvious he was trying his best to fix problems or find someone who could, but he did not know how to use the system.
DAVID SImprove conflict resolution on issues that arise with Uhaul Helpers. BigOnesMoving and Janitorial Company should not be affiliated with the Uhaul brand. I will never book contracted help through Uhaul again. The MovingHelp hired to unload at my location in Commerce, GA not only no-show or call, but abandoned the job altogether. I incurred additional fees for my rental because of unprofessionalism. I was sorely disappointed with Uhaul!!!

CHARLES CThere was a bent brace on the trailer and a very slack tire!! I’m not blaming anyone for this but both need to be corrected!! I made note of both!! The location did everything I ask of them!!! The tire was my main concern and I kept it monitored and aired up!!
STEVEN MThe U Haul rental software seems to be a little difficult for those renting the trailers to use and it is definitely not easy for those of us who are not good with computers.
MICHAEL SInspect equipment before it is scheduled for rental. Trailer I originally reserved had a flat tire, pigtail was missing and could not not connect lights and brake fluid was low. I was originally told I could take it, add air & not worry about brake fluid, even though I was traveling across country. The employee finally was able to transfer my rental to another trailer which was in better condition. When I initially called to make the reservation, I was told it would not work for my vehicle ( the one I was using to tow and the one being towed) even though I knew both would work. The employees there had a hard time with the computer system and it took several calls by me to finally make the reservation.
GERALD ZWhen I dropped the trailer off, I went inside, gave the salesperson my name and she never asked another question. Once she had entered the information, she told me I would receive an email receipt. Imagine my disbelief when I received the email and saw I was charged almost $30 more! I called the drop off location to question the charge and I was told to call the Uhaul 800 number because she didn't know what the additional cost was for. Again, my debit card was charged and I wasn't notified of the charges prior to the transaction being processed.
