I returned trailer on holiday.I called number and left message.I clearly stated I returned trailer at 11:54am.I received confirmation of return via email receipt stating it was returned at 12:12 pm.That is 12 minutes after required drop off time.I would like to know why I am being scammed as a disabled senior?I will be filling a complaint with the company and with the state!
Joseph S.I couldn't get mobile check in to work at all I had to call customer service both times they were great but just wanted to do on phone an be done but it wouldn't.
HEATHER S.This location has no dollies or extras yet they sell the additional items on the website so you think all is ready. Then you are casually told it is uhauls fault and they are not supposed to have those available for their location. When asked where to go to get a dolly, they stated they didn't know what I would need to do. Wasting my pre-planned rental time to go spend more money and fuel getting a dolly that was supposed to be guaranteed. Lawyer is the next step. Last time using uhaul.
