The location in Hawksbury was also terrible. They don't know what the trailers actually are. We asked for a 5 x 9 utility, they said they had one. We get there, and all they have is car haulers. This location did try to help but it took 2 hours of my day to finally get the trailer, after calling customer service and letting CS rep talk to the cashier at the store so he could actually understand how to set the rental up. And still did it incorrectly. Their internet service was very, very slow. He also didn't take pictures, told me I didn't need to take pictures (I did). The lights worked intermittently, and the attendant said it was daytime so we didn't need lights, and it would be fine. When I dropped off the trailer at my home location, they had to fix the whole transaction for me. Terrible experience with these convenience store rentals. The attendant's don't understand, or haven't been trained properly. They can't do the job, or just don't care.

This person pretended he did not know how to use his system.I had to help him punch in information.He added sixty blankets.I only wanted a few charge me for an emergency call.I never did does this one.I would not recommend him.He seems criminal.
brian dteach them how to do your business, they haven't a clue. my truck was booked as a one way from hawkesbury to cornwall, they put in the books as a return to vanklehill, they charged me for blankets and a dolly which weren't on the truck, they said oh well. if you train them I quess they'll do what ever they want.
