Need to clearly state where key drop off is in back - took 20 minutes to find drop box which is in the back. Closed - so personnel was not there to help - if open - no problems would have happened.

I was charged for a dolly that I never received. I called the regional manager. She never called me back. My moving company did not show up so that put me severely behind on moving out. I was unable to reach anyone for hours. I didn’t get a moving person until four when I scheduled an a.m. move and I’m still sitting waiting for the regional manager to call me back so I can have a refund. It was an awful awful time.

ratchet strap mechanisms need lubricant regularly, as they were very difficult to rotate especially when undoing them.

dirty vehicle. Website sucked in that return process pix wouldn't allow uploading to finish return process. Return key box was on back of building. A note should've been listed on front door as a reminder.

The only thing I found to maybe improve is making sure the windshield was clean. Due to pollen in Atlanta and assuming it had not been rented for a few days the pollen was caked on. Other than that everything was PERFECT!

Great location, trucks are in the corner of the lot and easily accessible. Backed in for easy pull-out and you can leave your car locked up in the lot. Brian at this location (Pak-Mail) cares about you and the mutual business transaction that is about to happen. Love the “one-cost” for a full day and the additional 89 cents per mile driven is very fair. Thanks U-Hail and thank you Brian! - Brad W.

As you're dropping at this location a better description of the drop box location versus where the truck is dropped could be helpful. Example The drop box is located inside of suite E which is at the far side of the strip mall. (Or something simular)

I would recommend the location except that it does not open until 10AM and you have to wait for a second person to arrive in order to pick up the rental. A separate note - very dissatisfied that the pick up location was changed by Uhaul without my OK causing me to lose a half of a day. I found out about the change when I was driving in from TX,

We had a great experience at Pak Mail Laurel Springs. Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy check in, equipment & moving supplies available as scheduled. We were running a few minutes late and they even kept the store open 10 minutes late for us. Highly recommend this location and business!

The truck was not cleaned and poorly maintained. The trucks are at the opposite end of the Plaza from the office. A long walk -especially in the rain. The after hours drop box is in an alley behind the store.

The truck we got needs to be retired. It could hardly pull it self up the hill when loaded and it was not fully loaded, radio didn’t work, even on taking off on level ground it labored.
