Ordered and paid for moving blankets/pads. Moving blankets/pads were not provided. I made company aware in the app and in person. While I was told I would be refunded, I was not. Low rating because did not deliver ordered products and charged me for products not delivered.
FRANCIS SI very frequently rent U-Haul trailers. My biggest gripe is you give me a drop off location 30-40 mins away from my destination when there is a great location 2 mins away. You give me no option to select my preferred location. I still drop off at my preferred location anyway but it just creates anxiety dropping it off where I’m not supposed to. Do better! I know you try to manage equipment resources but as a customer we need convenience. When dealing with the stress and moving parts involved in a move it’s unsettling to be given a drop off location so far away from my destination.

KENYA SCheck the equipment for damage. Our trailer tire exploded while driving. The passenger brake light and blinker did not work. The trailer vibrated and did not pivot as normal.

KEITH BOnly issue is having equipment that is reserved on hand at the time of the rental pickup. I've rented twice and both times did not get all the extra items I ordered in advance. They did credit the charges for the missing items.

Clayton CThis location is excellent. They are very friendly and welcoming. The only problem I had was with the APP when I was returning the truck. It was not collecting the correct information and kept saying there was an error. I was not able to use the APP upon return.

RICHARD TThe van smelled of cigarette smoke a good bit and about ten miles into the trip a warning light for a tire went on. I pulled over to check the tires and all seemed fine. Likely just the faulty sensor.
JON HThe gas tank was not full but was marked in the computer as full. I did not verify until l left the lot. There was about $20 extra in fuel that I had to spend when filling up and returning the truck.
Minh NI have used this location multiple times and keep coming back. They are friendly, reliable, and professional. KUDOS to them. I will keep using this location and would highly recommend to any new customer.

DAVID JI was charged for a dolly that I never received. I called the regional manager. She never called me back. My moving company did not show up so that put me severely behind on moving out. I was unable to reach anyone for hours. I didn’t get a moving person until four when I scheduled an a.m. move and I’m still sitting waiting for the regional manager to call me back so I can have a refund. It was an awful awful time.
Dominique Cratchet strap mechanisms need lubricant regularly, as they were very difficult to rotate especially when undoing them.
