When we dropped off the trailer, the worker at this location had no idea what to do to get the trailer checked in. She could not help with unhitching the trailer. Thankfully, my husband was able to handle this all by himself. He checked back later in the day to ensure the trailer was checked in appropriately and there was nothing else we needed to do to close our the drop-off. We finally received a receipt from this location later in the day. Other than the earlier confusion concerning the drop-off, we had no issues with this location. Thanks.
