This is the second time in a row that I have rented a one-way truck and the gas tank was not full. This is an inconvenience to the customer to say the least. To begin, as the customer I don't want to head to a gas station immediately and fill up, I want to get stuff loaded and on the road. Even more, prior to returning, I have to keep going to check out the fuel level while pumping in gas to estimate the right amount of gas to return. It's irritating and not good customer service. It should be incumbent on the location to fill all rentals to full gas prior to renting out.

Steven IIf anything, probably put up a sign at the u haul parking space directing customers to the Pak Mail office so that the gentleman there doesn’t have to answer the same question everyday about where to find the office. No one can be patient when asked the same question thousand of times. And he was great!
Mia YOnly problem came during driving is side mirror give problem in adjusting
AAMIR MI didn’t not see, but make sure customers understand to use 24/7, they need to be close to the facility and not the trucks. I was able to call Trace, the owner, and he was able to get me checked in over the phone AND would NOT get off the phone until the keys were in hand and I was in the truck. Thank you Trace!!!
