Don’t use a Pak Mail. The opening time was wrong on the website. The store was a mess of boxes. He was there by himself and we had to unhook and walk the trailer into a spot (one female one male in cancer recovery!) when I asked for paperwork, his response was “well you’re standing here, I don’t usually have any BS on trailers”

Can’t really days they were closed when I dropped off and the drop box was inconvenient
Nicholas DI did an after hours drop but it was extremely easy.

Jerry NI asked the owner to check the tires, he said I was good to go. I had TWO BLOW OUTS WHILE DRIVING ON A FOUR LANE ROAD. This put me in a VERY DANGEROUS situation. The tires were old and developed a flat spot. I am very unhappy about the condition of the tires since I was told that they were okay. Doesn't say much for U-haul that they would send a person out on the roads with inadequate equipment.
