How U-Haul Reviews WorkI didn’t not see, but make sure customers understand to use 24/7, they need to be close to the facility and not the trucks. I was able to call Trace, the owner, and he was able to get me checked in over the phone AND would NOT get off the phone until the keys were in hand and I was in the truck. Thank you Trace!!!
Steven CIt was a great rental experience from beginning to end!
tony nNeed better instructions for key pickup and drop-off. It took me 20 minutes to find the key because the truck was parked very far from the store. Also, the cabin had a lot of sand inside and needed cleaning. On a positive note, the truck was new and drove very well.
