They are new as a partner with Uhaul (Pakmail). I paid for moving blankets and they did not have them in the truck.

Reservation included the need for moving blankets. When arrived I was told they don’t have extra items like blankets and Dollie’s. Bad feeling when they don’t have what you reserved and no where to get them.
