Please don't rent anyone else a Uhaul truck with a hole in the top of the vehicle which allows water inside where belongings will get wet. Also, the indicator light for low tire pressure was on indicating one or more tires were low in air pressure.lenny T.

Little tricky to find in shopping center. Appreciate the discount to take to this location vs. original one. Few miles further but that was okay. Didn't go inside so no idea on the place. Vehicle still had moving blankets and two dollys in it. Also, my pick up time was changed to a later pick up but my drop off time was not extended. Your 24/7 Ride share experience was useless, and sucked really bad. You change my length of rental, but not my return time. Doesn't make sense why you couldn't also change the reservation after mine to accommodate what was originally reserved. Also, your emails and apps had me picking up at two different locations, confirmed at one, pick up at another, all of which was not clear at all in the emails........Todd D.

The overall experience was horrible, but had nothing to do with Pakmail. Absolutely ridiculous to make a reservation, show up and there are no trucks available. Then be sent on a wild goose chase to the wrong address. I'll pay the extra money and go with Penske next time.GRALIN H.

The electronic process of returning the truck is horrible. It didn't work and I tried from 2 different phones. It sucks because I'm being charged an additional $20 for an associate to check the mileage and gas on my rental. The person at pick up was nice but it goes down hill from there. Reserved equipment was not available at time reserved; although 3 other vehicles of same model on-site (told those were not available for out of state travel). 45 minutes later I left with higher cost equipment or would have to wait much longer for equipment I reserved two weeks earlier. I was charged a SafeMove fee that was not on my reservation. The clerk purposely added it when I went to retrieve my keys. I did not need the insurance information because the trip was very short. I am requesting a refund.Jawan H.

Vehicle was not ready for mobile pick up at agreed upon pick up time. I ended up leaving the facility 40 minutes late AND with a vehicle I didn't request because what I ordered wasn't ready. Although the replacement vehicle cost the same from a rental perspective, the larger vehicle consumed more fuel causing me an added expense on top of the fact the my rental wasn't ready and the almost hour long delay.AMED V.

I have no issue with this Pakmail location, but my overall experience with Uhaul yesterday was not convenient or pleasant. I should never have had to rent from Pakmail on Roswell Rd. and was only there bc my reservation at U Moving Storage 2951 NE Expressway was not fulfilled. They called me an hour before pickup time to say they did not have a truck for me. Finding a truck somewhere else that morning delayed my start time and then added a total of 90 minutes in travel time to get to and from the new pickup location. Additionally no one could offer any sort of compensation for my trouble and I've paid full price despite the problems caused entirely by Uhaul procedure. I will avoid renting from them in the futureBrian H.

Clean and service all the trucks properly. Truck had roaches that I had to exterminate. Passenger rear tire sensor was nonfunctional which later led to that tire going flat. Also confirmed that the sidewall of that tire had a puncture in it. Took an additional 45 minutes to make the vehicle operable. Lastly, correct billing issues. I still have billing charges pending for a contract that ended on 9/6/21. Unacceptable.ADRIAN B.

Original location didn't have truck that I had a valid reservation for. No phone call, no text.. I had to drive 25 minutes to another location to get a different truck, and pay the movers for an extra hour. I was still charged the extra miles from the original location. And then I returned the truck 14 hours early but got an â€œafter hoursâ€ fee of $20. Uhaul has really gone down hill. Terrible.Timothy T.

We showed up at our pick up time only to have the store locked with a â€œbe right backâ€ sign. After waiting outside 20 minutes, we were told the truck we reserved wasn't there and we needed to pick a different size. After settling for a different size, we get in the truck and it reeks of marijuana and is out of gas. Had to ask them to switch us to a different truck again. I had to call to remind them to refund me that charge. Did not have the truck I ordered ONLINE NOR THE EQUIPMENT I ORDERED Online. Overall. Will not use pakmail in sandy springs location again. Just a waste Of my time. DID NOT DISCOUNT PRICE DUE TO FACT THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. And had the audacity to tell me, they don't honor that policy at that location. THIS TRUCK WAS STOLEN. 04-03-2021 210025567 ON APRIL 3, 2021, TRAVIS WILLAIMS STOLE A 2017 FORD ECONOLINE U-HAUL MOVING TRUCK FROM THE PARKING LOT OF 3665 SHACKELFORD ROAD. 2 AFTER STEALING THE U-HAUL WILLIAMS FLED FROM POLICE WHEN TRAFFIC STOPS WERE INTITATED ON THE VEHICLE. GEORIGA STATE PATROL 3 CHASED THE U- HAUL INTO ATLANTA WHERE WILLIAMS WRECKED INTO A TREE AND FLED ON FOOT. WILLIAMS WAS ARRESTED AND THEN 4 INTERVIEWED. PROBABLE CAUSE WAS ESTABLISHED TO OBTAIN THE INCLUDED WARRANTS FOR Theft by Taking Motor Vehicle, Possession of Marijuana with 5 Intent to Distribute, Fleeing or Attempting to Elude, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device, Seatbelt Violation, Failure to Maintain Lane, and also GSP is taking out further 6 charges in Fulton County for other traffic violations. They just hit me with $40 a day charges all the way back to that date. The truck was at Willard Wrecker (770) 733 1215 (2451 Pleasantdale Rd, Doraville, GA 30340). I had to get special permission with UHaul and the police personally took me to UHaul to report this. I could never get anyone on the phone.Neil M.
Thank goodness I took pictures of the before and after gas mileage before and after! The truck wasn't clean at all. There were pens and light trash. No one swept it. The inside had biscuit crumbs. Maybe bread crumbs. Definitely not Matza. When I tried to complete my return online it was telling me I am going to be charged for not refueling properly. Again, I got the pictures to prove I did not refuel your truck less than it should have been. I should challenge this charge. This experience did not match your advertising or MY past experiences with UHAUL. The lone bright spot was the guy that worked at the PakMail. That guy should get a medal.Randall N.
