My reservation was switched from Midgard storage at the last minute . Pakmail was fine , but I should’ve been able to drop the truck off at a more convenient location due to the fact that Midgard Roswell mishandled my original reservation. I wasn’t even offered a discount for the inconvenience. This wasnt’t Pakmail’s fault at all. They were professional and were able to get me on my way. Do not rent anything from Midgard in Roswell GA

Dropped off the truck but there were not clear instructions on what to do with the lock and keep or how to utilize the uhaul app. I believe I had 15400, miles left on the odometer, but I did not know I was supposed to take a picture as no one informed me. Will call Monday to confirm.

The Pakmail store employees were very helpful. I reserved a truck at another location (Drummond Truck Rental) I was supposed to be able to pick up the 7 am Sunday morning using the app. There was no truck ready for me. After some pretty stressful moments, I was able to get a truck at Pakmail without a reservation. The guys really helped me out.

Their computer was down often. Spent over an hour total to prepare paper work. Would not show me how to attach trailer. Tried using instructions but they were incomplete. Trailer disconnected while backing up in a field. No damage but got proper assistance from a stranger to make it stay on. The ball lock mechanism has a safety that needs to be released in order to tighten. No mention of this important piece ANYWHERE!

It would have been better if directions for this site mentioned that the trucks were behind the building. When I pulled up looking to do a self-checkout, the truck number that I was looking for didn't match the same type of truck that was in the parking lot in front of the building, so it was confusing. I'm not sure I would have thought to walk all the way around behind the strip mall.

This location was beyond helpful and accommodating. I had issues with my house closing on time and the store was very accommodating. I was calling hour by hour to push back our pick up time and had to ultimately reschedule a week later. The staff was pleasant and super helpful with the entire process.

I have no issues with the drop off location. They were friendly. My issue is with Uhaul and the lack of correct communication I received. When it came to returning the truck, no instructions were relayed to me about where to park the truck or where a drop box was located at this business. I parked the truck along side another truck I saw and since I didn’t see a drop box I decided I would return the keys in the morning when they opened at 10. Well at 9:00 am in the morning, I get a call from the drop off site that I parked in the incorrect parking spot and the near by grocery store threatened to tow the truck. I then had to rush my pre-made plans and get the key to them as quickly as possible. Once I returned the key, a parking map with a drop off box was shown to me. This was displayed on the inside wall of the business. Would have been nice if uhaul provided me this earlier and if it were posted on the glass door at the front of the business. Anyways, poor communication on uhauls part and made an already stressful move, more stressful.

While I found the staff at Pakmail to be very nice and accommodating, my issue is with Uhaul's deceptive advertising practices. You advertise a price of $19.95 for A DAY. A day has 24 hours. The fine print though says you don't "guarantee" 24 hours. So when I arrived at the store at 4:45 p.m., I was told I had to have the truck back at 8 a.m. (I negotiated 10), 15 hours later - with an overnight tucked in there. That is patently dishonest. I've used Uhaul for 20 years. I don't know that I will use it again.

Check the fuel level with the client before making the client sign. Once i was in the truck i saw that the fuel level was lower than what i signed for. I did only 8 miles and had to put $15 worth of fuel to cover that gap as i was afraid to be charged for it. That didn't make the experience really enjoyable at all.

The truck was dirty and I had to sweep it out and throw trash out. The moving blankets were already out and thrown about in the back and I was charged for them. I was charged for two days even though I only used it for 1. I even filled it up with more gas than I should have. I wrote an email with my concerns and I have not heard anything back.

I can't believe you charged me an extra whole day for dropping it off 2 hours after it was due. I scheduled an early morning pick-up just because of the past poor experiences I have had obtaining equipment in the past and I didn't need it until after work Thursday night. The bad experiences were not at the Hendersonville location. If the trailer definitely would have been available after work I would have had it back in 1.5 days but I really couldn't take the risk since I had to pack it up Thursday night. If you are going to charge somebody an extra day tell them. Don't tell them you will email them a dropoff receipt and then add a bunch of charges to it.

Had to get a 10ft truck because the website did not show the bigger one was available at this location. So I had to get a small box truck and take multiple trips which was the worst thing I did. I was charged $140 for mileage alone. Did not offer a bigger box truck after I said I would have preferred a bigger truck to avoid so many trips. I was never offered a bigger truck. I felt this was a way to get me to pay more. Very unhappy with this experience.

Back of truck was wide open when I picked it up with debris, leaves, floss toothpicks and cigarette butts in it. The cab needed vacuuming. Also did not have all the equipment that I prepaid for and their response was: we refunded you the price of the equipment rental, you can contact U-Haul and have a nice day. U-Haul made it right but will never visit this location again.
