Truck was not in the correct location. Opposite end of shopping complex. Called Uhaul and they advised of location. Walked in pouring rain for 25 min trying to find correct location. When we got the correct truck there was a homeless man with his dirty wet bags and clothes sleeping in the back of the rental with our moving blankets. First bad review for Uhaul.
