Julian DThe young that was at counter was very good an accommodating. She was very helpful when we called and realized the pick up has been changed. That location very customer service oriented which is rare these days.
Gail MProvide drivers lessons on how to back up safely with the trailer. This location should purchase the tool to mount and dismount the trailer onto the vehicle. The gentleman mounted the trailer just fine but that tool would have made it easier work.
