Daryl LThe rear right tail light was not working when the lights are on. The associate is not to blame and was very helpful. I notified the agent at the drop off location. Trailers should be "checked" in my opinion, but this is an additional expense for "neighborhood dealers" that stock your equipment. UHaul should create a process where equipment gets checked.

Sheila WI arrived at the time I had texted I would be there (2.5 hours before posted closing time) only to find the doors locked. I noticed vehicles parked out front and the side gate open. I walked around to get help checking in the vehicle as I wanted to note a maintenance issue with the truck. Three people were working in the back (event planning center) but none spoke English. They called someone, still not sure who, and he said I could wait 1/2 hour to 45 minutes and they would be back, otherwise just leave the key in the box out front. I prefer working with someone who is a real, professional U-Haul provider instead of a ‘maybe, maybe not’ provider.

THOMAS HI returned trailer at 10 am. They showed me returning at 5 pm. U-Haul charged me an extra day rental. I have date stamped picture showing time I returned. Trying to get resolved with U-Haul.
