This location was horrendous and I hope U-Haul chooses to cancel their partnership. First off, this was NOT a Cafe, it was a head shop/sketchy lottery sales location. The owner of this “cafe” was 1 hour late and when he arrived, smelt of weed as he had just smoked. He did not apologize for his tardiness and acted as if he were right on time. When I went around back to collect the truck, I felt very unsafe, as it was in a very terrible neighborhood, which was chosen by U-Haul because the location I chose did not have the truck I reserved. There were a few people smoking weed out back, and 2 broken down cars with shattered windows. Also, the truck was dirty and smelt like urine. U-Haul customer service representative Anthony was amazing though! He sincerely apologized on behalf of the location. He walked me through the drop off process and made it so that I did not need to make additional contact with this location. I highly recommend that U-Haul terminate their contract with this location immediately! Thank you
