Representative was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Great convenient location. One comment ... I rented a trailer, but didn't have a hitch and ball (i assumed that I could rent one, like I have at other Uhaul locations, but this location is small and they did not have any hitches to rent. Luckily the business next door loaned me one of their personal hitches, so I could still pick up the trailer and use it till I could make it to a hardware store. So my one suggestion would be to carry at least 1or 2 hitches to also rent. Otherwise, GREAT experience !!
