They charged me for gas but the truck was returned with more gas at drop off location than there was in it at the pick up location. I called Pantry 1 and was told I would receive a callback but never did.

keith atkinsWhen picking up the rental van it was in the Panty one parking lot. It was clean and well maintained and the staff was very helpful. It was just unclear where you were suppose to go to pick up the keys. There is another U haul location next door but it is an independent location and so is the pantry one. They just need to make that clear when your doing the online reservation so can go to the right place to handle paperwork and key returns

Scott MacNeilTruck was brand new. It was honestly fun to drive and way more than I expected it to be from U-Haul. The people were awesome. The attendant by the last name Owens actually helped me jump my truck when I got back bc I left my light bar on all weekend. Awesome place! Will be going there again instead of anywhere else! 5 stars for sure!

DEVON MEEHANAttendant was friendly and equipment was good. The issue is with check-in. I specifically checked counter check-in because I did not want to check in on my phone. However, when I got there, the check-in was not at the counter at all! Once I gave my name, the attendant said I was texted a link to click and fill out to get my vehicle. My phone is very old, can't do any QR code scanning, and I can't afford a lot of data, so how was I supposed to check in here? I am very dissatisfied with the service. If I didn't have a smartphone at all, or if my phone is older (like it is), this check-in was completely inaccessible to me. The attendant ended up having to do everything on his phone, in addition to handling mine. In a pandemic and with immunocompromised family members, this was unacceptable.

CATHY FINLEYTook over 40 minutes to get the rental. They clearly don’t deal with uhaul a lot. The attendant had to call and FaceTime with someone else to find the equipment. I was also over charged for equipment, I only got a furniture dolly but was charged for a utility as well.
