It would be great if the tank was full when picked up, so as not to have to guess how much gas to put in. This place has the best people working there. Very polite. Management from the Saco U-Haul could learn a thing or two.

The personnel there she was okay, but did give me the impression like she didn't really want to be bothered with having to return a trailer even though she didn't have to do anything except for make a copy of my paperwork. I would recommend this location because it was very easy to get in and out of pulling a trailer and returning the trailer was very easy. Personnel just needs to have a little bit better attitude

Had the very best experience ever at this Uhaul site, everyone went out of their way to help us out with rental truck and our schedule, the staff at this Uhaul site on warren Avenue were the very best we have ever experienced, would reccomend them , they were truly awesome.

Although I cleaned the box interior with broom and water, it was at night and the box interior light did not work, however the small amount of dirt remain in I could see with a flashlight did not warrant a $25.00 fee, in my opinion.

Filed a claim. And photos of wet that got inside from the top of the trailer ruined a blanket and got my brand new boxspring and mattress wet.. they denied to give any compensation for the damages..

The man who helped me was beyond excellent. The waterboro store told me I couldn’t get the trailer but this man made it happen for me. The only issue we had was with the way it was hooked up, the lights were iffy. Overall good experience. Thank you for your help, paper party store man.

Pretty annoyed...we had no help unhitching because it would cost extra money and the place charged us for gas when we returned it exactly at the fuel level. I would NOT recommend this place!

The people working the counter when we picked up seemed bored and basically just "over i"t. We asked if it was regular tolls in a 17ft truck or if we'd have to pay more.. they said regular tolls. Well it was $2.50 on a $1 toll because of "double tires" so they're clearly giving out incorrect information. They also never checked in the rental after we turned in the keys IN PERSON to them so we got a notice that the truck was overdue. It was correctly very quickly (by someone else) when we called the location so overall, it was fine. But they should make sure the people at the counter know what they're doing!

VERY long check-in time. Employees were pleasant and trying hard, but had a lot of trouble getting their technology to work.

The trailer had a leak. We drove through rain in many states and when we arrived at our destination and unpacked we found many boxes were wet and so were the items inside.

I was lied to. The key to truck was misplaced so I payed for a replacement which was 2 keys for $125.00. The key was found the same day but after i payed for new key. I was told by Donald, I would only be charged for 2 days if truck is returned by Wed 6am. The truck was returned Tues but yet I was charged for more days. I called & explained my displeasure & Donald hung up on me. He failed to fix issue and take blaim for lying to me, he told me it's not his fault he was working alone. Totally unprofessional. Told me he didnt check truck in someone else did. I told him he should have made a note of it so that everyone would be informed, he still didnt care about what I had to say. He knew the whole situation regarding what happened to me but acted disinterested when he knew he was wrong for lying to me.

Apparently , we went 22 miles over our limit and were charged $9.12. Even though we brought our Uhaul back two days early.

I requested for a dolly when I went to pick up the keys to the truck. I was told it will be placed in the truck when I come back for the truck later that evening. Alas, there was no dolly when I came back for the truck (the office had closed). I had to risk breaking my back or something to carry my heavy properties because all other U-Hauls were closed at the time. Besides this, it was an OK experience.

When we showed up at 10 AM to pick up the truck we had reserved, it was not available. We waited an hour and 15 minutes before a truck was finally available. Meanwhile, we had a crew of people sitting around waiting for the truck. When we explained this to the U-Haul representative, they said that they would apply a credit our account for the delay. Instead, they overcharged us for mileage and did not apply a credit.

Using the online tool, notify me when signing up that the item is not in stock at the location I selected. This is the 2nd time in a row this happened to me, where I found out several days after reserving the item online that it wasn't available. Can you prevent the site from doing this?

Inside back of truck was pretty beat up - looked like there had been concrete blocks or such hauled in it. It was "clean" but had to put down blankets on the floor for fear of scratching anything that touched it.

The staff on site were very nice and swapped me a 10' box truck when the cargo van reservation I made previously by phone was incorrectly booked. The box truck cab smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle. But otherwise it all went smoothly. I am accustomed to renting newer vehicles from the Marginal Way location, so this was fine but not my first choice.
