When I reserved the truck, I also reserved a furniture dolly and moving blankets. The pickup location was apparently run out of a restaurant that was supposed to be open when we were there to pick up the truck, but it was not and there were no signs or other notice about it being closed that day. Because it was not open, we could not ask a representative about the items when we found out they were not in the truck as the app said they would be. I marked the items as not there and took a picture as the app prompted for proof, but still got charged the rental fee for them. The truck itself was clean, but because the equipment I reserved wasn't even there, I marked it no for being clean and well maintained in this review.
