Angelia GI was over billed for gas. I drove the truck a total of 8 miles and was charged a fee of 30 dollars for fuel charge then charged for 4 gallons of fuel for an additional charge of 14.75 which is ridiculous for a 8 mile usage.

BRYAN OThe gas tank was only 1/4 tank. Was charged $41 on my bill to refill. I would expect the tank to be full when picking up. I feel as though I was taken advantage of on the fuel. The rest of the process went smooth but getting that bill soured me to using U-Haul in the future.

MELISSA MI was able to participate with the load share program. What a breeze to pick up and drop off. No issues and if given the opportunity again i would jump on it. The ease of the uhaul app to get my equipment and return it.. awesome.

BRYAN OTalk about way way above customer service, a nice young lady came out to help me , I was struggling with the U-Haul app, she “ don’t worry about it I’ll be glad to take care of it for you” I was really tired and she was so very kind and helpful. I wish I remembered her name she needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer care. . I need to make one more trip and I’ll drop off at parities auto again.

LEE WI drove 7 mi and got charged $180 not happy. I probably will never go through U-Haul again. This is ridiculous

Rodney MWell I was told if it takes longer to travel and if the weather is holding us up it was ok to keep the rental longer as long as I don’t go after the miles. I had rain and bad weather and couldn’t load for 2 days. So instead of it being ok it cost me about 50% more the thought. So that was an awful thing to happen. Right now I have a lot in my plate, with my dad dying and what to do with his belongings in a different state. So it would have been better to have the time I was told.
