The check out service was a little difficult. It took me 3 tries and then had to call. So after being on hold for a few minutes I then was connected to a person who seemed to be bothered that I didn't figure it out on my own.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location did a great job. Problems came from the reservation process. Reservation got cancelled from a different location and was rescheduled to this one and also said it would not be available when it was.
