Rented a car dolly and their service person hooked it up for me, which was nice, but after driving a block the tire hold down straps were dangling. Had I not stopped, the straps would have been damaged. This is after being told I was clear to go.

William T.The self check in was a little tricky to navigate, but customer service was very helpful and got us on the road. We rent from this location often and have always returned the trucks to be inspected in the same location, but this time it was after hours though a member of the car lot team was on hand and complained about where the trucks were left, just let us know about the location they should be returned in the case of after hours drop off and we will be happy to oblige.
