DEVON SI had a 9:00 AM truck reservation, but, unfortunately, the UHAUL website was down for many hours and I was not able to pick up my rental truck until after 2:30 PM. This threw my whole schedule off and I was not able to get the truck loaded and on the road until late the next morning. I believe that, because of this, I was given some extra time - which I greatly appreciated. However, it made this transaction quite stressful for me and for the gentleman at Paradise Auto Center and his other customers.
