When I arrived much of the stuff I had to do could have been done during reservation. I had to give 3 phone number and it was 6 in morning you calling these people I didn't care for that

Joshua LBe careful with hidden cost at end of use. I thought I was doing ask asked in directions when returning truck. Example is gas. I got charged additional cost for gas even though the gas was in the same spot it was when I returned it.

REMIGIUS BI love using Uhaul! I've moved several times and the service has always been excellent!! I just want Uhaul to know that the truck had not been washed on the outside. There was mud splattered down the sides. This will not keep me from renting from Uhaul in the future. When I filled out the online return, one of the questions that I was asked: "is the truck clean for the next customer". I answered "no", because it was dirty on the outside when I picked it up. This is not a big issue with me, but I just wanted you to know. Thanks again for an easy move! Jarrod E. Shields

Thomas DThe communication services was down and it wouldn't let me return it via your mobile app. However, customer service was extremely helpful during the stressful return. So it all worked out so no big deal.

Jamie GMake sure your app working right CAU it's didn't want let me do and get the key then when I carry it back the app wouldn't let me check it back in
