Rude, indifferent, no customer service whatsoever. Didn't even hook up the trailer up for me. I will never come to this location again. I will also tell everyone I know not to use this location.JEFFREY ALAN B.

Stay away from this location! The manager is horrible! I reserved a truck and when I got there he tells me I can't bring it back today and if I still wanted it I had to take it somewhere else. My rental should have been $20 but he charged me $116 cause I was dropping it off at another location that was a town 10 miles away. Would have been nice if he mentioned that. I called him to tell him I'm bringing it back to him and he tells me to hurry. I get there and he's gone. His employee calls him and he tells him he'll be there in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes the manager calls and tells him employee he's not coming and to take it to another drop off. Horrible business and customer service....do not trust him!!Juan M.
The manager who called himself AJ was extremely rude and dismissive. He acted like he was irritated we were there. He failed to inspect the trailer or inspect the hookup. I will never rent from them again. I have rented u haul many times before and never had such a negative interaction.Richard M.
The Winfield drop off was not open at the time I was scheduled to drop it off. Since it is also a truck stop I took the U-Haul truck to drop it so that I would not be charged an additional amount. No one at the location at 8:00 was able to check the vehicle in, so I came back at 10:00 when there was supposed to be someone present. I was told the person I needed to check the U-haul in had worked the night shift and would be in later. I said I needed to check it now and so reluctantly they called and got someone to check in my vehicle. When he arrived he told me he did not check in rentals only rented them. He also said the truck was blocking his dumpster. He also told me I owed an additional $59 because I didn't have the vehicle there at the proper time. I refused saying it was there, but he was not. The situation was resolved. He called someone and did check in the truck. I do believe if I had worked the night shift I would have been tired and not thinking cleaning, but if his business hours on his website say the U-haul hrs open at 10:00, scheduling should not have scheduled a return until 10:00. The left hand needs to know what the right hand is doing.Deborah N.
