Overall my experience pretty much sucked, the fact I reserved the larger trailer and was forced to downgrade to the smaller one..... I reserved the larger trailer at this location. I was supposed to pick up at 830am. I received a call, whilst sleeping still from another location who turns out wanted to tell me my reservation had been switched last minute to their location, who was over an hour away instead of 20 mins. I set my alarms accordingly. Giving myself a few mins to get dressed and get to the pickup location. Of course, that was not giving enough time to go to the new location over an hour away. Had to call the main number to try to get another trailer. First lady I talked to didn't help much. Second lady was good, I was able to reserve a smaller trailer at the location I was originally supposed to pick up at. It basically f'ed up my ENTIRE WEEKEND OF MOVING having the smaller trailer, which couldn't be picked up until 1030 that day. I'm literally in the process of BUYING MY OWN TRAILER BECAUSE YALL WERE SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE AND SUCH A PAIN TO DEAL WITH. I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND YOU PEOPLE TO MY WORST ENEMY. I HATE YOU. I will say the male employee I encountered on pickup Saturday 16th at 1030 am was an absolute delight. The lady I encountered upon return was... Not the worst. Kudos to the dude tho, he was super cool, very nice, hooked the trailer up for me and was absolutely the best I've dealt with over the years renting uhauls. And yes I'm literally looking at spending $6k on a trailer to avoid the nightmare that is U-Haul. It was literally THAT BAD.

RANDY DI came with a bunch of anxiety. I never had drove anything that big before. My only thinking for improvement would be to have a educational video for comfort that gives a few tips. The stickers on the inside helped as reminders. Once I got over myself everything went great!

HAROLD WThe only issue I had was with U-HAUL's technology/ app which is no fault of this U-HAUL location. I was able to rent the exact type of vehicle I needed for the job on very short notice and the gentleman at the counter was quick to help finish up the rental process that I was unable to complete through the app and do so in a fast and friendly manner. I would have no reservations about using this location in the future if I needed to rent another vehicle.
Bryan RI have no suggestions for improvement of the service received at Parcels Express. However, the ads on the rental vehicles of $19.99 per day is completely misleading. This is a poor advertising gimmick and raises a trust issue.

But to have to take pictures of the inside, outside, door open, door closed, parked vehicle to name a few was ridiculous. It was hot and raining. Gave me a stress headache.
