They ween't open when I went to pick up. It shouldn't have mattered since I set up contactless pick up. They didn't set up the rental correctly so the uhaul customer support couldn't really help me get the key out of the lock box. An employee just happened to come by opened the lock box and handed me the key. The helpful customer support guy couldn't believe he did that not knowing who I am. Then I spent 30 minutes on the phone getting the rental picked up properly over the phone. Not a good experience at all!

TRACY AI was charged $48 for a concept of Damaged/Missing, the person at the office told me it was for the 6 blankets but I did return them. He said the $48 were going to be refunded but did not know when and I should follow up with U-Haul. Don’t have time to try to collect an incorrect charge
Miguel PRenter beware….I completed the rental agreement / reservation online with an invoice total of $81.xx…..when I went to pick up the trailer at the arranged time he tried to charge me $159.xx with a bullsh$t reason….when I balked he almost immediately reduced the price to $73.xx…..pretty questionable business practice.
