He was very professional, making sure I understood how everything worked. Have the trailer/truck at the place where you were supposed to pick it up. Our reservation was to pick up trailer in Aberdeen South Dakota. Two trailers were there, but were unavailable since they were only available for ‘local use’????? Why? Seems like you would want to rent a trailer rather than sitting and not being used????? The attendant was of little help and did not try to see if we could use one of the two trailers. Instead, we had to travel over 100 miles to Watertown to pick it up, and the trailer we were to pick up was too large for the small load we needed to haul. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and disgusting. In the future, I will do my best to avoid using U Haul for my hauling needs.

We had no way to do the online drop off until we got home, which is in another town. In the future if there could be a way to do the online return check in on a computer that would be awesome!

Truck needs to be cleaned for pick up, I had to sweep out the back prior to loading. 1 package of blankets was extremely musty smelling, dirty and had mouse droppings in the plastic bag. Rental staff was on time to get me in and out on time.

They were great and very helpful by showing us how to set up the car transport. They also were very helpful when we had problems with the tail light. They helped us get it fixed in a very quick and timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

it was a hassle having to drive an hour to pickup my truck because they did not have one available in the town I reserved it for. I had a couple questions and waited on hold for a long time with no answer. This experience wasn’t the best.
