Passenger side door had a broken window crank . Car windshield full of bug stains , no dolly. Online checkin went horrible. It asked me for apt. lease, passport and / or contacts to verify which is not exceptable as I was never informed by any U-Haul associate that this was required. You had my lic. , ID and valid credit card . The app was garbage and the toll free associates either hung up or totally unhelpful and failed to properly notify me of what documents were needed on the app. I gave you a good credit card number so I’m not even sure why I would be asking for my passport or my apartment leasing agreement or emergency contacts which I’m not even sure why even listed your automated app is horrible. I made my experience a living nightmare.
Benjamin BI had reserved for 2 days and return in one day. Missed returning by 38 minutes and was super disappointed that I did get charged the extra day. Otherwise the gentleman I worked with was super helpful and nice. No other complaints! Will use again in the future if need be.

Anthony CHave the trailer/truck at the place where you were supposed to pick it up. Our reservation was to pick up trailer in Aberdeen South Dakota. Two trailers were there, but were unavailable since they were only available for ‘local use’????? Why? Seems like you would want to rent a trailer rather than sitting and not being used????? The attendant was of little help and did not try to see if we could use one of the two trailers. Instead, we had to travel over 100 miles to Watertown to pick it up, and the trailer we were to pick up was too large for the small load we needed to haul. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and disgusting. In the future, I will do my best to avoid using U Haul for my hauling needs.
RICK CWe had no way to do the online drop off until we got home, which is in another town. In the future if there could be a way to do the online return check in on a computer that would be awesome!

William MTruck needs to be cleaned for pick up, I had to sweep out the back prior to loading. 1 package of blankets was extremely musty smelling, dirty and had mouse droppings in the plastic bag. Rental staff was on time to get me in and out on time.
