I called when I arrived to the location to return my truck as there wasn't anyone there. They told me to leave the key in the drop box and they would check it in when they got back. The person who checked it in lied about the condition of the vehicle and charged me a cleaning fee and the amount of gas in the vehicle and charged me for gas even though I returned it with the same amount it had in it when I returned it. I even took a picture of the gas gauge when I dropped the vehicle off as I had a feeling this would happen. This location and U-Haul itself sucks!

chunhui wThe truck had a hole in the side with the exhaust pipe shredded at the end. Assuming it was in an accident. The drive was rough and felt misaligned and almost unsafe. I felt like they used our rental as an opportunity to get the truck to the location that would fix it.
