We appreciate U-Haul helping us move, but we were very disappointed with the communication. We reserved a 26’ truck in Watertown over two weeks in advance, only to be told the day before that they didn’t have one available. We were offered one in Brookings but would have to pick it up ourselves. Because of the last-minute change, I had to reserve a smaller truck, which made our move much more difficult and inconvenient. We understand things happen, but giving us only one day’s notice after a two-week reservation was extremely frustrating.

Jose RDropped off early and after hours. Did speak to location prior to drop off friendly and helpful
Calvin MI could not have asked for a better person to deal with. I needed to return an auto transport, and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely do business with them again!
Jerry BI tried to do everything online. No one ever got in contact with me. I called & left a VM, still no return call. If my BIL wasn't from Watertown I don't think we would have spoken with a person. They know the app isnt reliable. Yet the were able to use my credit card to charge me easy enough. I think the success I had was due more to my BIL than Uhaul.
