Great place to rent a u haul. Far better customer service than the U Haul on 138 in Stoughton.

The app process to online check (the step that provided instructions to go to front of building and choose a numbered locker w key combo) skipped entirely to “thank you you’re all set”. Thankfully an online agent was available and able to assist me. It was early in the morning before the offices were open so I appreciated the live assistance (not AI) to help me getting the keys to the truck.

Kenneth MThe location is ok, there was no instruction given on picking up the vehicle despite emailing a question as the app asked to do. The app is horrendous and every part of it had issues. It took 45 minutes to get the app to work and get the truck because of one problem after another and horrible support. Most of this is on uhaul and the app not the location itself.

SHELLA MI dropped the truck off after hours which was convenient the only thing that i wish i had known ahead of time was the guidelines for dropping the truck off after hours. I had the link on my phone from a text message, however, i did not access the link until after i put the keys in the drop box so i could not get a picture of the gas tank and the mileage.

SERGIO STrailer was filthy, tail / marker lights were not checked and did not work. after i found a bad connection and got them working I found broken wires to marker lights. because of time constraints the trailer travelled with these lights not working!

THOMAS PThe fuel on the system was more than the actual fuel in the truck. The guy said just let the people know this when you return the truck so you won't be charged for the fuel. Guess what they charged me for the fuel and although I returned the truck on time , I guess the guy on the other end processed it late so now I'm being charged for an extra day and have to fight both charges !

MARTIN OEven though this is a small operation, the two people that work there were very helpful. They changed the orientation of the ball on the hitch and replaced a faulty connector on the wiring so the lights would work right.
MARK PSuggestion: When the customer makes a reservation for a box truck and everything is finalized and a confirmation number is given, don't tell the customer you don't have the truck in stock and change the location pick up to where there is one. Its your job to make sure your inventory is accurate. You should have found another box truck and brung it to the customer's original pick up location. It's not our job to fix your mistake.

Kim MBy far the best pick up and rental experience ever. I usually rent a truck or two per month and this is the first time I really felt as though my business mattered. I was running a few minutes Late (after closing) and U-Haul agent waited for me as he said he would. The agent not only waited but also asked me not to rush so I wouldn't cause an accident. Although pick up location is about a half an hour from my house I will continue to make the trip.

brian nI was told I could drop truck off at another location. The next day I was told i have to take truck back to original location because the location I rented from owns the trucks not U-Haul. I ended up missing work to return truck an hour away. The phone numbers were hard to come by and nobody knew what they were talking about and seemed very unprofessional talking to me. I’ve use U-Haul before and never encountered this type of service before. I ended up spending $140 more to get truck back to the location while missing work. The owner at location was condescending and has a big scary dog in the office. Customer felt uncomfortable.
