The fuel on the system was more than the actual fuel in the truck. The guy said just let the people know this when you return the truck so you won't be charged for the fuel. Guess what they charged me for the fuel and although I returned the truck on time , I guess the guy on the other end processed it late so now I'm being charged for an extra day and have to fight both charges !Hala H.

We had reserved a hand truck to help with the move. But there wasn't one in the truck. Understandable given the remote rental location. But it would have been nice to know in advance that we would not be receiving the hand truck so we could have made other arrangements to rent/buy one.Scott F.

Even though this is a small operation, the two people that work there were very helpful. They changed the orientation of the ball on the hitch and replaced a faulty connector on the wiring so the lights would work right.MARK P.

Suggestion: When the customer makes a reservation for a box truck and everything is finalized and a confirmation number is given, don't tell the customer you don't have the truck in stock and change the location pick up to where there is one. Its your job to make sure your inventory is accurate. You should have found another box truck and brung it to the customer's original pick up location. It's not our job to fix your mistake.Daniel G.

By far the best pick up and rental experience ever. I usually rent a truck or two per month and this is the first time I really felt as though my business mattered. I was running a few minutes Late (after closing) and U-Haul agent waited for me as he said he would. The agent not only waited but also asked me not to rush so I wouldn't cause an accident. Although pick up location is about a half an hour from my house I will continue to make the trip.Anothony B.

I was told I could drop truck off at another location. The next day I was told i have to take truck back to original location because the location I rented from owns the trucks not U-Haul. I ended up missing work to return truck an hour away. The phone numbers were hard to come by and nobody knew what they were talking about and seemed very unprofessional talking to me. I've use U-Haul before and never encountered this type of service before. I ended up spending $140 more to get truck back to the location while missing work. The owner at location was condescending and has a big scary dog in the office. Customer felt uncomfortable.Rawle A.

I felt like the guy who's running it over charge me for the truck that I had..BOUN K.
Suggestion: When people are moving across state lines, alert them to the fact that some roads do not allow trucks. Went down a 2 lane highway that did not allow trucks and we only knew from signs alerting to low clearance bridges. This information was not clear when entering this highway. Ended up having to turn around and take a different route that added 2 hours to the commute.selim T.
The truck had a few defects. It needs wiper blades, the steering was a little loose, the shocks are junk, multiple rattles, mirror broken. I had originally requested an Abington pick up point. Was emailed by the district manager that a 26 footer was only available in Stoughton. I emailed back asking what was the largest truck available in Abington. There was no response. I've rented from Uhaul in Abington before with no issues and also from Enterprise in Easton with no issues. Based of this experience all further rentals will be from Enterprise.John O.

Was diverted to this location after confirming with another location. Equipment was not safe to transport a car i had to wait 45 min of my time there till it will get fix and 3 hour of total delay cause me to loose the job transport.Moshe C.

They over charge me I pick up the truck on Saturday July 14 and I return on July 18 they charge me same rate rate for the weekend Total mileage 157 times 99c each mile M t w showld be 79 centes per mile and Saturday and Sunday showld be 99 cent please take a look on this. Thank youeduino P.

We were supposed to pick up our 26' Uhaul truck in Abington on Friday June 15th, we got a call on Thursday night June 14th to tell us that they had NO trucks and we had to pick up in Kingston and would be getting a truck the size down. Friday morning while we were signing our papers to close we got a phone call saying Kingston also had NO trucks, so we had to go to Stoughton and get a 15' truck. We later drove by the Abington Uhaul and saw over 20 trucks in the parking lot. We were then told for all of the trouble we could keep the truck all weekend, then received a charge for an extra day even though they specifically told us we did not have to pay it. VERY POOR service. We should not have even had to pay for the truck at this rate.William B.

This was a small location. I would not expect it to be at the level of larger locations. That being said: The people were very helpful. The equipment was average. The negative market for the equipment is because when I opened the trailer it emanated a horrible odor (almost like a dead animal). I was using the trailer to move some new office furniture. I had to take the trailer home and leave it to air out overnight and clean it with sanitizer, before picking up the furniture because I did not want the new furniture to carry that smell.Adrian B.
Compleltly redicilous that I paid $40 for a UHaul branded ball/hitch when it sells for half that at actual uhaul locations and every retailer on the planet. Nothing more than a last minute gouge that uhaul should have control over when it's their branded equipment being sold.Stephen N.

I spoke with someone from a brockton location when I ordered the truck. They did not have one until 3:30pm and I need one sooner. She said stoughton has one for $100, but after I paid with credit card at stoughton I realized I was charged $120. Any idea why?mike L.

Well, it took far too long for your system the morning I was picking up the van. Very, very slow and I had a lot to get done that day with the van so time was important to me. The agent was doing what he could but the system seemed overloaded? I even had it reserved from the day before. Need to get that process faster!steve D.
