Also not a stellar experience but acceptable and wouldn’t hesitate to pickup or drop off at this location.

Would not recommend for mobile pick up. They need signage stating that there are additional lock boxes behind the building that require you to make the next turn. Was on the phone for 15-20 minutes with support to find out this info.

MICHAEL SQuick easy drop-off. I only had to provide the trailer number, and one of the personnel unhooked the trailer in about three minutes. My only caution is the rather steep driveway exit onto very busy Parker Road.

GERALD SUsing the U-haul app made for a bad experience as the signal was poor at the location and taking me 30 mins to get through all the screens. I do not recommend using the app since in the instructions it is not made clear that you have to be at the location to upload your DL license.
Judy HWell - for starters not have a tire blow out in the first 45 minutes of use, the tires obviously don't get inspected.

OSCAR JThis was the secondary pickup location for me, because I arrived at the first pickup location on time and no one was at the office. It appeared to be a "truck share" location with only lock boxes to pick up keys and trucks. My reservation was not for a truck share because I had also reserved an appliance dolly and packing blankets. Uhaul needs to ensure they are sending people to the correct pick-up location, because then I was moved to the second location and it put me and my family behind on our move. We also likely ended up in a much older 15' van because it was all that the second location had. But Parker Feed & Western Supply was able to help me right away. That location deserves 5 stars, but the entire pickup location was downgraded in stars due to this situation.
MELANIE PBe clear and straight forward with all information..... phone reservation for rental was not in place upon arrival for pickup....charges were not covered and we were overcharged from what was shared on the phone to the actual billing....will not use again
ROBERT BThis location helped me out time and time again. First i had an issue with my drivers license only being on my phone (lost wallet). Then, i reserved the wrong truck. They made the transition into the correct moving truck VERY easy. They made it happen.
JESUS MEven though they were closed on New Years Day the manager was near by and allowed my son to drop off the trailer that day instead of making him come back. We greatly appreciate it!

SHANE MThe U-Haul App was not helpful and required multiple restarts and non-intuitive guesses to actually fight through the process of completing my after-hours checkout.
WILLIAM SWe were charged for gas despite the gas being below what was reported when we got it and filling it above where we were told it was supposed to be.
ANDREW PThe truck wasn't were the app said it was. It's a bit of a walk back and forth between the back lot and front lot in the pitch black. The inside of the windshield was so dirty I couldn't drive without cleaning it. The app didn't take clear pictures to upload so I couldn't record the damages to the vehicle until I got to the house and took my own pics. The gas tank was not half full. It was below that and of course the app wouldn't upload a clear picture of it. I had to take 45 minutes of my own time to call and report the issues. Plus I didn't get the full rental time because it took so much time to find the truck and get checked out. This rental was a horrible experience.

JARROD MParker Feed & Western Supply was great to deal with during the pick-up and drop off. The UHaul site was down when I picked up the trailer, but they took all of my required information and processed the paperwork later that day without delaying the pick-up of the equipment. The trailer could have used a few maintenance items - the hitch turn know was very rough to turn, I oiled it and it worked much better - the rubber connectors on the chain hooks were brittle and about to break but did not, would recommend replacing periodically - the door handle mechanism worked but had to be lifted to make it engage. Overall a good experience and met my needs.
