Herb B.The store was 10 minutes late opening. Were the first customers. Then about four other customers came in. The store lady waited on another person first. When she waited on us she would go to another customer and back to us 4 different times before we finally got out. We were promised a $50 credit from U- Haul due to a change in location, but didn't receive it.
