Make it easier to extend rental another day Was on hold over 30 minutes and after talking to who ever answered they said they could not help me I needed a Customer Service Rep and was put on hold another 15 minutes. Please add an extend or renew tab for extra days

The customer service guy was awful...so rude. He didn’t believe we had a reservation and wouldn’t check the computer until we asked several times. Then wouldn’t help identify what type of hitch we needed, scratched our car on the back because they tried to force the wrong hitch onto the car. We had to ask for a lower hitch after they scratched the back again after forcing the trailer on. The trailer was dirty inside and covered in soil. This customer service was terrible.

Charged me for additional day in error, tried to take payment for a higher amount so payment declined. Of course. Now I have a hold in my bank account from when I picked up the truck that prevents the correct charge from going through but now I'm the bad guy. I was yelled at by the woman at the local location who told me "I just put in numbers I don't know how it works". "it's your card that declined". Like moving isn't stressful enough. Ugh!!!!

I have dropped off (2) rentals at this location, however both were on Sundays (closed). The parking lot is a bit small for large trucks, but manageable. Fairly easy to find and is marked. Drop box for keys/contracts is not at the building, but rather off to the side of the parking lot on a fence. Hard to see in the evenings - might want to move this to the front of the building and add lighting.

I did not like the runaround I got for my Trailer. I scheduled for 89 and I was sent to two different locations after they could not deliver. It messed my first two days moving my daughter. Next time I will try someone else.

This experience was a customer service nightmare. I got to the location to pick up the truck, 12 furniture pads and 2 furniture dollies. When I got there, they told me that they had no furniture pads or dollies. Would the truck rental still be okay? I told the woman that it rendered the truck virtually useless because I had no way to protect the furniture I was planning to move. Her response was that she was sorry, but they are only agents for the company and there isn’t anything they could do. I told her that she was the face of the company to me. Some simple questions... Why didn’t they look at the reservations that were set to pick up that day and make sure that any other rental items were available? If they had seen that certain items were not available, why didn’t they call other locations to see if they had those items available and find a way for us to get them? When I told her that I was not happy about them not having the items available, they went on the UHaul system and found the store 1 mile down the road had some. They sent me to the other store to pick up the dollies and blankets - when I got to the other store, they had no blankets either. They did have the dollies, but because the guy at the second place didn’t know how to set things up so I could just return everything to one place, I had to make two separate trips to take everything back when I was done. Not the pinnacle of customer service or user experience I’m sure your company would have hoped for. Excuses, unfulfilled reservation and customer inconvenience — that’s the experience I had. I was grateful I only had to move the items a short distance and I had enough blankets and other covers to shield my furniture - this would have been much worse if I was moving cross country one way....
