How U-Haul Reviews WorkOriginally planned to go to a different location but was told that I had to go to this due to truck availability. Man who called before said that there would be no issue with a mobile pick up since they didn’t open until 8. Showed up and truck was behind locked gate. Tried calling customer service which was 0 help at all. Had to wait until 9 and then was asked why I chose mobile pick up if we showed up in person. I wasn’t able to leave facility with truck until 9:45. Had to pay my movers for two extra hours.
