The location is in a dangerous neighborhood, the sel service process of picking up the truck is cumbersome and slow, all four tires were low on air and 2 blew out on the freeway. In should sue UHaul but I’m going to let it go

Just not very professional look but the guy was nice. I brought it back with more gas than I got it but somehow still got charged for gas, which is very very bad.
