I got there at 3:30pm. The location was suppose to be open until 5pm. There was not anyone there or even around the parking lot to help a woman traveling alone unhitch a trailer. I didn’t feel comfortable backing it into any of the spaces available. I had to wait around and find a stranger to help pull up the trailer off my hitch. I’d never recommend this location.

I love this location. They are great. The new haulers come with a single tire strap which is not safe. The haulers should have the enclosure straps just like before. Please change the straps back. The strap issue has nothing to do with the location...they are fantastic every time...

I think when a customer leave with a rental, it should have a full tank of gas and not a 1/4 tank with expectations of returning it with a 1/4 tank

You don't need to improve. Davis took care of it all efficiently. The truck was probably in the best condition for a 26 footer Ive ever used. Ive used Uhaul a lot all over the country and this was the best truck. Davis rocked it out with his customer service. Thank you!

Clean yes. Well maintained, sort of. Warning light telling of low right rear tire pressure. Was told the sensor was bad. Other than that overall was good shape .

We reserved a 20 ft U-Haul truck and trailer over a month in advance and called several times to confirm. While the truck and trailer were available, the moving blankets we reserved were not. The trailer we were given had non-functioning brake lights, and we were told to drive away with it and call maintenance ourselves. A technician had to come to our home before we could even begin the trip. The truck itself was in terrible condition: the interior was filthy, full of pet hair, grease, and grime. On the road, the gas line leaked, the air conditioning never worked during our cross-country trip, and near the end of the journey, the truck began overheating and could not exceed 25 mph uphill, making travel unsafe and extremely stressful. This was by far the worst rental experience we have ever had. The lack of proper maintenance and customer service placed my family’s safety at risk. This was especially disappointing because it was an active duty military PCS move. I had a limited number of travel days and unexpected yet avoidable delays resulted in not making it to my destination on time.

Have the equipment fueled up, inspected and I also had to pay for a day rental on an appliance dollar that I reserved since one was not ready and had to make an extra trip to the shop to return the local dolly.. The app to upload pictures of damage to the vehicle did not work from my phone. When I arrive the truck had a broken window that was not documented.

The truck functioned well. Gas mileage was typical for a 15' truck. I had a 200mile two day round trip project. I kept to 60mph and lower speed limits. My only complaint was the passenger side mirror would not stay in position. Normal vibrations caused it to drift out of position. The cabin was smelly. SMOKERS!!! As for the pickup location; "Friendly an helpful staff". Safe and secure overnight vehicle storage. No frills, unassuming store that takes care of business.

The only location in that area open reliably on weekends. Great service by the gentleman working behind the counter. Especially knowing he’s just an hourly employee. He deserves a raise for sure. I’ve been in that location maybe 15 times in the past 3 months and he’s the only person I’ve dealt with. Great job

The facility manager Brian was very accommodating and easy to work with after a disappointing experience at another U-Haul property earlier that morning. The truck was clean and easy to operate. Will definitely call Brian again for my next truck rental need in the Beaufort, SC area.

Reserved truck had no key so I had to wait three hours for someone to come cut a key… then trailer had worn tires that blew out and was stuck on side of road for several more hours… very dissatisfied

Afterhours drop off so no personnel present. This location was fine and easy to complete the return. However, the location on Ribault Rd which was my original return location was terrible. They say they have after hours drop off but there is no where to park and the back entrance they say to use when calling is chained off and locked. Do not recommend Ribault Rd for returning any type of equipment rental.

Our experience was incredible the gentleman there was so very helpful and with so much ease and we were out the door in no time however for U-Haul the App doesn’t work that well and I would highly recommend that you do transactions at the time the business is open, just my opinion.

I was not contacted about the change of pick up location, I was required to drive an hour out of my way to get the trailer. They changed the original pick up location and did not tell me! Poor Customer service!!!!

Overall, it was a great facility for storage! The price could not be matched, it was clean, and secure. The only minor issue was that the space to maneuver our travel trailer was a little snug, but we managed. Otherwise, no issues.
