Jordan BThere was one gentleman working there and he was busy at the counter. I didn’t realize the trailers don’t have a jack on the tongue and to expedite the line the worker had at the counter he asked if no wanted to go get the trailer and pull it around. I was happy to at first because I prepaid online with insurance added also. When I realized I was alone out there and had to lift that tongue on the 6x12 trailer myself I was less than pleased. It took me two try’s because of the weight and I ended up straining my lower back. Then I had to look forward to moving our heavy furniture and appliances which was also just myself and my wife. I am 60 now and just had prostate cancer surgery in April and the reason for our move is because our house burned down in January. This has been a rough year to say the least. Luckily the drop off location was better and the young lady had a very nice and easy to use u-Haul branded jack to lift it up off my truck hitch.
