The truck was dilapidated, filthy, leaked and destroyed our belongings! Filing a claim for payment with our bank! I-Haul is now the worse company when it was our first choice us now one we will never use again!
Dorothy SMy truck cab needed wiping down from a previously spilled drink in the holders. My rental included a hand cart, two dozen blankets, and a queen size mattress bag. None of these items were available when I picked up the truck.
