How U-Haul Reviews WorkPickup and return of 26 ft Truck was easy. Crew was very professional and helpful.
TERESA WI have rented from this location many times and each time the service was superb and the vehicles were clean.
Robert FStore manager was away and had left a message on the door to call him. He returned with his lunch as I was calling and then told me to "disconnect the trailer and leave it right there", while he went inside and ate his lunch. Removing the trailer is not easy and I should not have done it at age 69.
Todd AYou are setting yourself up for a lawsuit by not providing a jack for trailers, I am using it solo and the younger weight of the trailer is very heavy and it requires multiple people or a jack to install/remove from a vehicle. Poor design for customers.
