Guy that worked there just motioned me where it needed to be parked and never spoke one word. When I ask if I needed to sign any paperwork he only shook his head no.He was a real lazy worker I thought!

When we arrived, we had to wait fore over 30 minutes before being served. We reserved the Uhaul with our bank card, but was not allowed to pay for it by any other method. We were informed that we could pay with cash upon arrival and that the bank card was only being used to guarantee us a Uhaul. After calling to make a complaint, the regional manager was extremely rude to my wife about our finances, and told her that she shouldn't have used the card to reserve the Uhaul if she didn't want the charge being made to it. Because of the rudeness, we will be looking at a different rental company in the future and will infirm friends and family of the incident so they don't have to worry about the same treatment.
