Timothy EAdditionally, I was charged a 'safe move charge' of $15 that I had not requested. As damage to the truck, had there been any, would have been covered by my auto insurance.

Michael BAfter hours is confusing. once I weaved through the maze and then saw the key drop off 1000 feet from the truck drop off. The website for return was poor --- it took me 40min to get a picture to upload. I then had to download the APP which was having issues as well. Horrible experience trying to do an after hours return, Felicia was helpful on the phone and said a manager would call me to get a courtesy credit or a possible free day usage to try it again.
