After a bit of confusion with my son as a second driver, we were able to make good use of the truck for the day. We had to return it by 8:30a the next morning and the plan was to head out the door by 8a for the 5-minute drive back to Parkviewe. At 7:44a, as we were preparing to leave, I got a phone call from a cranky guy at Parkviewe wanting to know where the truck was. I said that I was told to have it back by 8:30a, which is also the opening time shown on their website. He said "well I've been here since 6:30" as though I was supposed to already know that, and he pointed out that we could have used the key drop. Stupid me! I guess there's good reason why girls shouldn't be renting trucks. If it weren't for cranky guy, I would have given this place 5 stars.
Mary PI don’t wear U-Haul‘s that often but this was the smoothest easiest transaction. I’ve had. I really don’t think there’s anything you guys need to improve. Thanks again. I will use you again if needed.
JAKE WPut some U-haul signs up, I had a hard time finding a location. Searched 2 hrs the evening before trying to find an open location.
